She was predeceased by: her husband William Ance Ellzey; her parents, Charles West and Jane Elmina West (Funderburk); her son Captain William Dale Ellzey; her grandson Kody Heath Chance; and her daughter-in-law Mary Kelley.
She is survived by: her children, Allen Ellzey (Marla) of Raleigh, NC, Greg Ellzey (Donna) of Florien, LA and Kathy Chance (Wayne) of Hornbeck, LA; and her sister Dorothy Bardwell of Shreveport, LA. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty-seven great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
