She was predeceased by: her parents, John Griffith and O'Reallye Burch Griffith; her husband Harold M. Alford; and her siblings, Thelma Jinks, John Henry Griffith and Walter Hark Griffith (Billy Boy).
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda G. Carmichael (Bob) of St. Augustine Beach, FL and Kay Anthony (Darryl) of Florien, LA.; her grandchildren, Taiji Carmichael (Steve), Clintt Corley (Tara) and Caroll Corley (Stefanie); her great grandchildren, Callee Corley, Garret McGann, McKenzie Welch, Kristian Welch, Arianna Holloway, Preston Holloway, Cannon Corley and Sailor Corley; and her close friends, Linda Wilbanks and Dale Terrell.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to Florien First Baptist Church, St. Jude, or Louisiana Children's Home.
