He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Lucius Marsh; his parents, George Marsh and Minnie Marsh; and his siblings, Marzell Krumholtz (Charles), Kramer Marsh (Ruth), Rosie Snell (Rex), Paul and Dean Kubena.
He is survived by: his siblings, Marilyn Sveda and Robert Marsh (Bob); his daughters, Tamara Baxter (Lawrence) and Norma Marsh (Craig Morgan); his grandchildren, Caleb Baxter (Alexa), Emily Baxter, Maxwell Morgan (Teagan), Anna Morgan (Julia) and Alex Morgan; his great grandchild Oliver Nunez; his caregivers, Chelsea Starks and Kylie Ebarb; and also Louise Marsh. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
For those who would like to donate in Norman's name, his favorite charity was the Food Bank of Central Louisiana, to which he generously donated every month, or any reputable animal rescue, including the Sabine Parish Humane Society.
