She is survived by: her children, Michael L. Cook (Diane R.) of Saraland, AL, James R. Cook, Jr. (Lisa P.) of Shreveport, LA. and Gwenda C. Jones of Florien, LA; and her sister Joanne H. Pickett of Many, LA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
