He is survived by: his wife Gail Alphin of Florien, His; his children, James Earl Alphin (Kim) of New Braunfels and Jennifer Evans (Matthew) of Burkeville, Texas; his siblings, Curtis Glen Alphin (Sharon) of Granberry, Texas and Grace Totten of Port Arthur, Texas; his grandchildren, Chase Matthew Evans, Shelby Andrew Evans, Courtney Christine Perez, Tori Reyhan Alphin and Brylie Elizabeth Alphin; and his great grandchildren, Maverick Evans, Sierra Perez and Caleb Burton.
