We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2023, at the age of 80, Larry Gene Thompson of Florien, Louisiana, born in Deridder, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Thompson and Ola Mae Thompson (Miller); his son Michael Sean Thompson; and his brother Melvin Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Linda Thompson (McKellar) of Florien, LA; his daughter Tabatha Coleman (Craig) of Natchitoches, LA; his sister Cathy Rannekliev (Bjorn) of Anacoco, LA; his grandchildren, Casey Thompson, Jillian Coleman and Sarah Ganaway; and his great grandchildren, Riley Thompson and Arielle Ganaway. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Larry's memory to St. Terrence Catholic Church, Many, Louisiana.
