She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Garcie and Selina Martinez Garcie; her husband Lamoine Blackmon of Florien; her siblings, Elmo Garcie, Ed Garcie (Louise), Roy Garcie (Evelyn), Murry Sepulvado (Ann), Melvin Sepulvado (Mable), Earline Williams (Ernest), Elvie Garcie, Beatrice Overton (Jim) and Elaine Sepulvado (Wilfred); and her extended family, Mary, John Hariel, Delories, Richard Wright, Nira Lewing and Virginia Maines.
She is survived by: her daughter Deedra Ann Blackmon of Florien; and her granddaughter Hayes Blackmon of Florien. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and very special extended family.
