He is survived by: his daughter Mellonda Bounds Wise (Levi) of Florien, LA; his grandsons, Brandon Lee Bounds and Tristen Wayne Bounds (Natalee); his great grandchild Parker Alaine; his grandson DaKota Lynn Bounds (Hannah); his great grandchildren, Violet Gale and Oakley Lane; his daughter Stacy Lynn Strahan (Phillip) of Marthaville, LA; his grandchildren, Aubrey James Allen, Landry Ann Strahan and Dani Lynn Strahan; his siblings, Carolyn Caldas of Center, TX, Sharon Calhoun of Florien, LA, James Cook of Many, LA, Ralph Cook (Cheryl) of Florien, LA, David Cook of Florien, LA and Joe Don Cook (Kathy) of Many, LA; and his caregivers, Tron Williams, Jerrica Jerrico Williams, Natlie Williams, Orangie Garrett, Rachel Collier and Shollanda Medlock. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
