He is survived by: his children, Phillip Sneed (Jessica Hardy) and Renee Sneed (Chuck Blackford); his grandchildren, Phillip Sneed, Jr. (Ashley), Janie Sneed and Noah Blackford; his great grandchildren, Blake and Mason Sneed; and his in-laws, Sandra, Louis Stewart, Helen Sneed and Dewayne Sandel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.
