He is survived by: his wife Margaret Helen Ellzey; his children, Carla Ellzey and Cody Ellzey (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Karsyn, Cort, Kate, Brystol and Hayslee; his brother Brice Ellzey (Louise); and his sisters-in-law, Shelby Ellzey and Mary Ellzey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
