Anthony; his wife Karen Anthony Slaydon; his sons, Logan Slaydon (Meagan) and Jacob McComic (Valerie); his grandson Jace; his son Nicholas Slaydon (Cassidy Crist); his siblings, Kevin Slaydon (Cindy) and Anna Pollock (Troy); and his mother-in-law Linda Wilbanks. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and friends.
