She is survived by: her children, Mona Leach of Florien, LA and Terry Westfall (Kay) of Florien, LA; her siblings, Sue McNeely (Clyde) of Shreveport, LA, Joy Walker of Hemphill, TX, Roy Horn (Donna) of Florien, LA and Jack Horn (Catherine) of Blanchard, LA; her grandchildren, Tera Goyette (Josh) of Silverdale, WA, Aaron Leach (Samantha) of Many, LA and Justin Westfall (Alesha) of Many, LA; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Box, Landyn Leach, Jaidyn Leach, Ava Goyette, Kaylee Westfall, Carter Westfall and Connor Westfall. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
