It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Edmunds Wall Arthur (Florien, Louisiana), born in Post, Texas, who passed away on May 18, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Edmunds and Esther Edmunds (Johns); her former husbands, Sammie Wall and Ottis Arthur; and her brothers, Dale Edmunds, Donald Edmunds and Merwin Edmunds.
She is survived by: her daughters, Anita Wall Barnhill (David) of Many, LA., Vickie Wall Mizell (Don) of Florien, LA. and Karen Wall O'Banion (Randy) of Florien, LA.; her brother Glenn Edmunds of Slayton, TX.; her grandchildren, Alyssa Morton (Jeremy), Christopher Barnhill, Arin Ammons, Paul Mizell (Mykel), Page Mizell (Beth), Meagan Ammons (Cody), Jordan O'Banion and Christian Sparks; and her great grandchildren, Miley Mizell, Patrick Mizell, Madeline Mizell, Jackson Morton, Ainsley Morton, Talan Ammons, Kainen Ammons, Rhett Ammons and Austin O'Banion. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
