She is survived by: her brothers, Mark Smith (Michelle) of Flatwoods and Michael Smith (Stacy Johnson) of Ball; her granddaughters, Amber George, Autumn Holloway and Samantha Setliff; and her great grandchildren, Haydyn, Chazlyn and Evie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
