She was predeceased by: her parents, Artie Blanchard and Doralice Dubroc Blanchard; her husband Malcolm LaJaunie; and her brother Sherrell Blanchard. She is survived by: her sons, Wayne and Kenneth; her grandchildren, Rachael LaJaunie Dauzat (Michael), Shane LaJaunie (Alana), Kelsey LaJaunie and Nicole LaJaunie; and her sister-in-law Diane Ardoin.
