He is survived by: his wife Barbara Blalock; his children, Debra Garwatoski (Toney) of Spring, Texas, Louis Paul Blalock (Jennifer) of Fifth Ward and Kimberly Blalock (Mark Bourque) of Fifth Ward; his brothers, Michael, Jimmy, Tommy, Mark and Chuck; his children, Jason Arnaud, Jessica Blanchard (Kristal), Tiffany Trichell (Rebecca Bruce) and Raquel Franceschi; his grandchildren, Danielle (Owen), Katheryn, William, Julie, Mollie, Shyanne and Austin; and his stepgrandson Levi. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
