She is survived by: her children, Terrell Jones of Ferriday, LA, LaMark Jones of Clayton, LA, Shelvey Jones of Cartersville, GA, David Shorter of Cartersville, GA, Beveryly Metcalf of Ferriday, LA, Cynthia Metcalf of Ferriday, LA and Terri Turner of Cartersville, GA; her siblings, Dexter Johnson of Ferriday, LA and Patsy Johnson of Ferriday; and her close friends, Dennis Laine of Las Vegas, NV, Gloria Lloyd of Ferriday, LA, Terry Gregory of Ferriday, LA, Amelia Banks of Ferriday, LA and Elnora Griggs of Ferriday, LA. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Concordia Funeral Home (609 Alabama Ave, Ferriday, LA 71334).
