It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Wright Sr. (Ferriday, Louisiana), born in Delhi, Louisiana, who passed away on March 8, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Dee Wright and Lillie Mae Blackwell Wright; his brother Tommy Wright; and his granddaughter Caroline Lee King. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Sue Wright of Ferriday, LA; his sons, Robert Wright, Jr. of Vidalia, LA and David Wright (Charlette) of Delhi, LA; his stepdaughters, Bobbie Jo Wooten of Vidalia, Mary Jo Heidel of Ferriday, LA, Karen Sue McMillen (Bud) of Jonesville, LA and Jamie Lea Hagan of Ferriday, LA; his grandchildren, Angela Myers, Trey Wright, Dustin Wright, Jason Wright, Kari Woods (Matt), Sebastian Wright, Hollie McMillen, Cody Mac Jackson, Michael Heidel, James Heidel and Jessie Heidel; and his siblings, Bobby Wright (Pat) of Columbia, LA and Billie Jean Sims of York, SC. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
