She is survived by: her children, William McDonald (Sue) of Newellton and Springer (Mirek) of Plano; her grandchildren, Stephen Thomas "Tommy" McDonald II (Mary Katherine) of Natchez, Miss, Mary Kate McDonald of Bedfordshire, Sadie Harris (Bill) of Fayetteville, Ark., Walker McDonald II (Tori) of Newellton, Alexandra, King (Jonathan Davis) of Houston, Gregory McDonald, Jalyn Bruno of Newellton and Springer of Baton Rouge; her great grandchildren, Stephen Thomas McDonald III, Nathan Connor McDonald, Henry McDonald, Anna Barbara McDonald, Clyde Burnside McDonald and Cru James Harris; her nephews, Randy McDonald, John David, Mark Johnston, Travis, Todd Grisham and J. Roland Bouanchaud; and her caregivers, Amy Cook, Tammy Brown, Tenishia Dorsey and Zarriah Flunder.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Mary Jewel's memory to a Tensas Parish charity of their choosing.
