He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Curtis Clark and Nellie Louise Colvin Bamburg; and his sisters, Frances Myann Bamburg, Laura Patricia Wempren and Barbara Sue Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Jason Clark (Jodee), Lori Ann Clark, Savannah Van Voorhis (Jason) and Lindsay Clark Brashier (Beau); and his siblings, Floyd Dean Clark, Angela Kay Beard, Rusty Bamburg and Madonna Louise Clark. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
