He is survived by: his wife Jeri Sue Tosspon Kelly of Ferriday, LA; his children, Jamie Kelly of West Monroe, LA, Russell Kelly of Sterlington, LA, Brent Tosspon (Haley) of Natchez, MS and Valerie Tosspon of Wildsville, LA; his sisters, Patsy Micheau (Glenn) of Monterey, LA and Carolyn Beach (Gary) of Bastrop, LA; his brother-in-law Rob Smith (Karla) of Baton Rouge, LA; his grandchildren, Gabriel Kelly of Sterlington, LA, Serenity Kelly of Sterlington, LA, Grayson Tosspon of Natchez, MS, Rosalie Tate Tosspon of Natchez, MS and Andie Katherine Tosspon of Natchez, MS; his nieces and nephews, Corey Jones, Chris Jones, Josh Beach, Kelli Beach, Brittany Kelly, Danielle Kelly, Kelsey Gresham and Andrew Smith; and his close friend Ellie.
