He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferman Ulmer, Sr. and Juanita Lucas Ulmer; and his niece Paige Ledoux Ensminger. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Staggs Ulmer of Ferriday; his daughters, Lori Ulmer Mitchell (Craig) and Kelly Ulmer (Renato); his grandson Clayton Mitchell (Sierra); his daughter Paxton Mitchell (Kaitlyn); his great grandchild Mary Harper Mitchell; his sister Carol Ulmer Ledoux (Bill) of Monroe; and his nephew Scott Ledoux.
