He was predeceased by: his former wife Judy; and his parents, Arnold Ernest Senior and Thelma Foreman. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Foreman; his children, Brett Foreman (Hazel), Angie Richard (EJ), Chad Foreman (Misty) and Kim Tarver (John); his sister Theresa Smith; his grandchildren, Travis Hampton (Mariah), Natali Grantham (Jason), Kaleb Hampton (Shadoe), Brea Foreman, Kelsi Doughty (Austin), Noah Foreman (Tylee), Anna Pody and Garrett Pody; his niece Tabitha Curtis; his brothers, Gary and Pat Foreman; and his brother-in-law Melton Smith. He is also survived by great-grandchildren and nephews.
