He is survived by: his wife Libba of Kinder; his children, Chet Watkins and Jill Watkins; his grandchildren, Madilyn Martin of Welsh, John and Alex Bebee; his great grandchildren, Farrah and Grayson BeBee of Fenton; and his siblings, Frances Chauvin of Hammond, Jackie Fogleman of Crowley and Eddie Watkins of Crowley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends.
