He was predeceased by: his wife Allie Faye Taylor; his parents, Emmett Taylor and Harriet Taylor; his brothers, Jesse Lee Taylor, Grady Demoss Taylor, J. B. "Coot" Taylor and Wiley Darna Taylor; his son D. Barry Taylor; and his daughter-in-law Connie Bennett Taylor.
He is survived by: his children, David Taylor (Judy) of Downsville, LA, Joey Taylor of Choudrant, LA and Christie Reeves (Ken) of Jonesboro, LA; his grandchildren, Katelyn, Michael, Julie, Adam, Tracy and Mistie; and his aunts, Jeanette and Lou Nell. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren; two sister-in-laws.
