He is survived by: his wife Joycelyn Phillips Young of Farmerville, LA; his daughters, Terri Young Myers of Ringgold, Georgia, Amy Young Whatley (Bobby) of Rayne, LA and Jennifer Young Wade (Stephen) of Farmerville, LA; his grandchildren, Rhiannon Myers Carmen (Jeff), Abby Myers, Shelby Myers O'Donnell (Jonathan), Olivia Myers, Christina Whatley Hoffpauir (Kurt), Phillip Whatley (Shannon), Carson Wayne Whatley, Evan Whatley (Abigail), Hunter Venters (Marie), Wesley Venters, Dixie Kate Venters, Amelia "Millie" Venters, Zoey Venters, Logan Wade Brady Wade, Drew Wade and Duncan Wade; his great grandchildren, Dawson Hoffpauir, Joy Whatley, Elijah Whatley and Kaylee Whatley; his sisters, Wanda Young Ellard of Bastrop, LA and Linda Young Bates of Dallas, TX; and his brothers-in-law, Rodger Phillips (Donna) of Oak Grove, LA and Mike Phillips (Paula) of Monroe, LA.
