She is survived by: her children, John Gates, Jr., Rita of Farmerville, LA, Stacy Gates (Barbara) of Truxno, LA, Chris Gates (Aungelia) of Downsville, LA and Penny Gates of Farmerville, LA; her grandchildren, Jamie, Amber, John Micheal, Mandy, Jessie, Jordy, Brooklyn, Blake, Angel, Heather, Austin, Destiny, Daniel, Alia and David; her great grandchildren, Brayden, Danni, Beau, Raylynn, Luke, Bryson, Addy, Dameon, Lillianna, Sterling, Ryan, Mason, Tyler, Cameron, Mathew, Jonah and Hailyn; and her sisters, Ruthie Spangler, Reba Womack and Phylis Porter. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
