She is survived by: her daughters, Tessa Black (Marlon Black) of West Monroe, LA and Tonya Elkins of Bryant, AR; her husband Hez Elkins of Farmerville, LA; her grandchildren, Jarod Black of West Monroe, LA, Morgan Ty Hendricks (Brenda) of Conway, AR, Aaron Black (Brooke) of Farmerville, LA and Tarra Hendricks of Bryant, AR; her great grandchildren, MaKenzie Black, Garrett Black, Cora Hendricks, Eleanor Hendricks and Easton Black; her caregivers, Mynesha Hall and Rena Hausley; and her sister-in-law Carla Martin. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
