He was predeceased by: his son Wayne Gale Williams; his parents, Nash Williams and Sis Williams; his stepson Royce Lockwood; his granddaughter Rachel Monzingo; and his brothers, Ray Williams and John Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Nelda Williams; his children, Robert Lenn Williams, Rusty Williams, Angela McCallum, Tonya Hyatt (Kris), Ray Lockwood (Jill), Lynn Jones (Mark) and Carla Chrisman (Sam); and his siblings, Ronnie Williams (Betty), Kay Wade (Mack), J. N. Williams (Karen) and Mary Faye Holloway (John). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
