He is survived by: his wife Kathy Swarers Wade; his children, Prentiss Wade (Kelli), Brandon Wade (Kristi), Shannon Hobbs and Tonia Boggs (Stacy); and his grandchildren, Lexis Wade Johnson, Gavin Wade, Alexis Templeton, Andy Templeton, Blake Powell, Paige Boggs, Katie Murray, Austin Hobbs, Jacob Hobbs, Lacie Fields and Emily Fields. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
