We are sad to announce that on November 21, 2020, at the age of 90, Maxine Carter of Farmerville, Louisiana, born in Pleasant Hill, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Isaac Bradford (Lois) and Lois Webster Emmons; her daughter Laura Burton of Long Beach, MS; her grandchildren, Holly Swan (Johnny Favre) of Long Beach, MS and Jared Douglas Swan of Atlanta, GA; her great grandchildren, Laura Favre (Jeremy Carpenter) of Long Beach, MS, Sammy Favre of Long Beach, MS, Zachary Douglas Swan of Atlanta, GA and Ethan Wayne Swan of Atlanta, GA.; her husband Hewitt Douglas Carter; and her brother Emmons of Ruston, LA.. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews and family members.
