It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kerry Kent Morris of Farmerville, Louisiana, who passed away on February 25, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Allen and Ressie Ola Hudson Morris; his brother Duane Kirby Morris; and his sister-in-law Patricia Ann Morris. He is survived by: his brother John Lanny Morris; his sister-in-law Linda Ann Morris; his nephews, Lanny Jason Morris (Angela), Jonathan Daniel Morris (Susan), Michael Allen Morris (Michelle Wade) and Duane Keven Morris (Shawna); his great-nephews, Trevor Morris, Jason Morris, Drew Morris, Clifford Joseph Morris (Lauren Monteverde) and Landon Eugene Scriber (Kelsey); his great-nieces, Sydney Morris, Emma Morris, Bethann Barber (Brian), Caroline Morris, Morgan Roberts (Andy), Madison Morris, Kirby Laurel Morris and Evelyn Claire Green (Tyler); and also, Kevi Barber, Matthew Thompson, Christian Morris, Gray Roberts, Cross Roberts, Jude Roberts, Rylee Thompson and Clairborne Roberts.
He had become the longest sitting board member of the Lady Techsters Tip Off Club Board of Directors and was recognized for his contributions to the University.
