She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd K. Marchant; her parents, Garland Ellis and Carrie Mae Mize Hall; and her brother Jimmy Ellis Hall. She is survived by: her children, Mike Marchant (Marlene) and Sandra Thurston (Jay); her grandchildren, Launa Liggin, Chelsea McPherson (Chase), Joey Marchant and Alissa Bagwell (Dusty); and her great grandchildren, Kamryn Liggin, Carson Liggin, Tucker McPherson, Rhett McPherson, Wyatt Marchant, Macklynn Bagwell and Blaine Bagwell. She is also survived by numerous friends, and nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Farrar Funeral Home (312 Smith St, Farmerville, LA 71241). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Liberty Hill Taylor Cemetery (402 Ramsey Ln, Farmerville, LA 71241).
