He was predeceased by: his parents, Ovide Heath and Elodie Heath; and his siblings, Fred A. Heath, C. V. Heath and Lillian M. Heath.
He is survived by: his spouse Ethelee Marie Guillory Heath; his children, Juanita Simpson (J. D.) of Tioga, LA, Richard J. Heath (Ann) of Alexandria and John A. Heath (Jeannie) of Pineville; his brother L. J. Heath; and his nephew Mark. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and numerous great and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Tioga First Baptist Building Fund, 1309 Singer Drive, Pineville, LA 71360 would be appreciated.
