He was predeceased by: his wife Melba Joye Farrar Hodge; his parents, Lloyd Hodge and Annie Hodge; his brother Lloyd "Roebuck" Hodge; and his grandson James Caleb Dean.
He is survived by: his daughter Becky; his son-in-law Dennis Dean of Benton, LA; his sons, Brian Hodge of Little Rock, AR and Tim Hodge; his daughter-in-law Jackie of Bauxite, AR.; his grandchild Jordan Dean (Callie); his great grandchildren, Luke, Miles, Elliott of Shreveport, LA, Jonathan Dean of Port Wentworth, GA, Ashley and Haley Hodge of Bauxite, AR; his stepgranddaughter Rachelle Dean Brown (Paul); his stepgreat-granddaughters, Isabelle, Emily and Caroline Brown of Covington, LA; his brother Bob; his sister-in-law Martha Hodge of Farmerville, LA; and his sister Joye Ann Hodge Tatum of West Monroe, LA.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (400 N Main St, Farmerville, LA 71241). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
