He was predeceased by: his parents, Selma Eubanks and Emma June Tousineau Eubanks; and his siblings-in-law, Teresa Eubanks and Al Hogan. He is survived by: his children, Matt Eubanks (Amanda) and Emma Karlie Eubanks; his grandchildren, Ryan, Jep and Patrick Eubanks; and his siblings, Jackie Eubanks Hogan and Roger Eubanks.
