He is survived by: his wife Ella Starling Traylor; his children, Starlette Norris (Donovan), Sonya Wise (James) and Rodney Joe Traylor; his grandchildren, Jessica Fincher, Morgan Kelly, Brandon Dixon, Sara Broussard and Travis Traylor; and his sisters, Bettye Flowers (Dwain) and Shirley Traylor.
