He is survived by: his wife Jean Gilstrap; his brother Jim Gilstrap (Kathy); his children, Terri Hearn (Rick) and Brad Gilstrap; his grandchildren, Jake Hamner (Allison), Erica Hunt (Heath), Jessica Hearn, Garrison Gilstrap and Ella Gilstrap; his daughter-in-law Staci Gilstrap; and his great grandchild Max Hunt. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mulhearn Funeral Home - Monroe (2308 Sterlington Rd, Monroe, LA 71203). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at the Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery (623 US-80, Monroe, LA 71203).
