It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janie Thornton (Farmerville, Louisiana), born in Dermott, Arkansas, who passed away on May 30, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, James Lee Osborne, Jr. (Buddy) and Sarah Cathey. She is survived by: her child Donald Dean Thornton, Jr.; her sisters, Barbara Riser Duchesne (Vernon) and Cynthia Butler Johnson; her nieces, Lisa Gail Rogers, Jo Lynn Osborn and Veronica Duchesne; and her grandchildren, Princess Vera and Prince Luke.
