It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernestine Ramsey Sharp (Farmerville, Louisiana), who passed away on March 14, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Beasley Ramsey and Thelma White Ramsey; her brother Glen Ramsey; her husband John W. Sharp; her sons, Joel Sharp and Philip Sharp; and her daughter-in-law Barbara Sharp.

She is survived by: her sister Ruth; her children, John B. Sharp of Sterlington, Steven Sharp (Lori) of Rocky Branch and Belinda Matthews (Michael) of Ruston; her grandchildren, Levy Beckham, Stacy Beckham, Stephanie Spain, Crystal Matte and Amanda Halley; and her great grandchildren, Justice, Zack, Kaylee, Xander Beckham, Liam Spain, Piper, Christian, Bradyn Matte and Grant Halley. She is also survived by seven step-grandchildren; fifteen step great-grandchildren.
