He was predeceased by: his parents, Elois Savanna and Walter Bayne. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Elvin Bayne, Melba Khalaf, Billie M. Willis and Mary Frances "Doll" Savana White; his children, Ramona Maxwell, Randa (Ray Gilliam), Becky (Bruce Freebairn), Yvonne Douglas and Steven (Angela Bayne); and his nieces and nephews, Shari, Ardis Tooke, Janice, Dale Young, Diane Bucek, Robert Bliss and Charles Walter Bayne.
