Welch; her sons, Ricky Welch of El Dorado and Greg Welch (Ronda) of Junction City, Arkansas; her brothers, Roger Shepherd (Diane) and J. R. Shepherd (Sue); and her grandchildren, Rachel, Gregory, A. J., Chris and Charity. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Kilpatrick Funeral Homes - Farmerville (202 N Washington St, Farmerville, LA 71241). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Jolley Cemetery. A burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cemetery Kilpatrick's Serenity Gardens (8729 Cypress St, West Monroe, LA 71291).
