It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Lynn Knotts Baughman (Farmerville, Louisiana), who passed away on August 27, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Christopher Knotts and Doris Rutledge Knotts; and her former husband Joseph Henry Baughman. She is survived by: her sister Nancy Knotts Thames (Bud); her children, Joseph Christopher Baughman (Mary Lou), David Gunter Baughman (Jonie), Nancy Lynn Baughman and Sarah Rutledge Baughman Haydel (Scott); her grandchildren, Joseph Christopher Baughman, Daniel Read Baughman (Loren), Matthew Tanner Baughman, Sarah Elizabeth Baughman Tinsley (Connor), Joseph Henry Baughman, Andrew Thomas Baughman, David Matthew Cole, Mary Camille Cole, Caroline Rutledge Haydel, Anna Lynn Haydel, Nancy Baughman Haydel, Mary Ellen Haydel, Scott Andrew Haydel, Jr. and Sarah Elizabeth Haydel; her great grandchildren, Claire Grace Baughman, Henry Christopher Baughman, Molly Belle Baughman, Jack Read Baughman and Hudson Ray Cole; and her parents-in-law, Stein, Jr., Ann Baughman, Mitzi, Donny Gates, Lynn and Bill Duncan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
