She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph L. Smith; her parents, Thomas Williams and Dorothy Williams; her grandson Luke Adams; and her siblings, Harold Williams, Bob Williams, Jim Williams, Keith Williams, Thomas Vernon Williams, Jr., Joyce Randolph and Yvonne Yakel.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Dean Williams (Randi), Mary Lou Thomas (Rex), Lana Patton (Minor), Linda Alford (Ricky) and Bill Smith (Leta). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other family members, and an untold number of friends.
