She was predeceased by: her husband Rodney Ruby; and her parents, J. D. Head and Salley Houser Head. She is survived by: her children, David Todd Perkins (Susan), Billy Ruby (Kim) and Monica Ruby Temple (Marc); her grandchildren, Parker Temple (Skylar), Jennifer Ruby, Caroline Alford (Zach), Savannah Temple and Evan Ruby; and her brothers, Tommy D. Head and Harold G. Head. She is also survived by many cousins, other family members and friends.
