He was predeceased by: his wife Patsy Chapman; the mother of his children Francis Chapman; and his children, Eddie and Pam Chapman. He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia McMurry (Bunny) and Wanda Lonon (Mike); his grandchildren, Joseph Charles Tatum (Jill), Carrie Anne Porter, Melanie Ann Yates (Brad) and Hunter Kelley (Amy); and his brother Gary Chapman. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
