It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Sue Shields Rupert (Farmerville, Louisiana), who passed away on July 9, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Leon Rupert; and her siblings, Arthur Shields of Cecil Shields, Lucille Wade and Mary Lou Reynard. She is survived by: her daughter Peggy Mosley of West Monroe, LA; her grandchildren, Michael Mosley (Kathy) of Longview, TX, Jeffrey Mosley (Jami) of Sparkman, AR and Kristin Goodgion of West Monroe, LA; her great grandchildren, Mikey, Mason, Slate, Maggie and Duke; and her brothers, Roger Shields and Allen Shields.
