He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clifton Levoy, Sr. and Una Ford Parnell; his wife Joy Hudson Parnell; his sons, Dr. Marc Parnell and Joe Parnell (Becky); his sisters, Vivanae Daniels and Nancy Parnell Gardner; and his daughter-in-law Patti Parnell. He was also cherished by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
