He was predeceased by: his wife Paula Ann Jurls Patton; his son T. J. Patton; his parents, Warner Leon Patton, Sr. and Minnie B. Welch Patton; and his siblings, Linda Hoffpauir and Warner Leon "Sonny" Patton, Jr. (Buddy).
He is survived by: his daughter Debra Ann Talley (Steve); his grandson Peyton Talley; his stepgrandson Corey Talley; and his siblings, Billy Patton (Mitzi), William "Snookie" Patton, Ronnie Patton (Kim), Jerry Patton and Jeanette Patton Nale. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles and several "grandkids".
