She was predeceased by: her parents, Elliott Trichell and Lora Trichell; her husband Jimmy Wayne Futch; her siblings, O. C., Ozell, Opal, Beatrice, Ruth, J. W., Milton, Herman, Cecil and Earnest Trichell; and her grandson David Byrnside.
She is survived by: her children, Sally Adams (Steve) of Farmerville, Terri Futch of Farmerville, Dwayne Futch (Lynn) of Farmerville and Leah Newsom (Scotty) of Farmerville; her grandchildren, Nicholas Byrnside, Brandi Lewellyan (Lee), Brittany Williams (Johnny), Jeremy Newsom (Sarah), Lacy Meredith (Josh), Joshua Byrnside, Kailey Reeves (Chandler) and Landry Newsom; her great grandchildren, Ty Byrnside, Bryleigh-Grace, Bretton-James Williams, Rylan, Halley-Kate Newsom, Branson Lane and Hudson Reeves; and her siblings, Becky Dye and Newt Trichell.
